The following payment methods are accepted on fabricwarehouse.co.uk: Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by cash, cheque or Fabric Warehouse Gift Cards for online orders.

All prices on fabricwarehouse.co.uk are in £s sterling and include VAT where applicable.

How do I know if my order has been received?
After placing an order with fabricwarehouse.co.uk you will be sent an email to acknowledge that we have received your order.

How do I cancel/change an order?

What delivery options are available on fabricwarehouse.co.uk?
Our UK delivery options are as follows:

Standard delivery (Monday to Friday) costs £4.95 and will deliver in 3 – 5 days.

Express delivery (Monday – Friday) costs £8 and will take 2 days.

Delivery on all orders over £50 are free.

The following delivery destinations will incur the following charges:

• Northern Ireland - £10.00
• Isle of Man - £16.00
• Scottish Islands - £10.00
• Channel Island/Scilly Isles - £16.00
• Southern Ireland - £10.00

Unfortunately we do not offer a Same Day delivery service at this time.

Can I change the delivery address?
Unfortunately we are unable to amend delivery details once your order has been placed. It is therefore very important that you check all the order details are correct before completing your transaction.

What happens if I am not in when the parcel arrives?
For the majority of our products we use a non proof of delivery service which means that goods can be left at a location of your choice without a signature.

My order is incomplete or items are damaged, what should I do?
